Refunds & Returns

Please contact us directly at if there are any issues or problems with your order, and we will guide you through the refund and returns process.

  • Wrong Product Ordered / Product Not What Was Expected

  • These products may be returned to us for a refund within 30 days of receiving the products. In order for them to be refunded they must be;

    • Unused and in the same condition as when they were received.
    • Unopened and still in the original packaging.

    In this instance the customer shall bear the cost of the return postage. A full refund for the item will be issued once the item has been received back by us and processed. Please note that under these circumstances any shipping costs will not be refunded, just the value of the item(s). 

    Unfortunately if more than 30 days have past since you received the item we will be unable to accept a return and/or issue a refund.

  • Item has arrived damaged or faulty

  • In the unlikely event that an item has arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us at as soon as possible and we can arrange for a refund or a replacement.
