We have been forced to make some changes to our delivery charges as a result of the current Coronavirus pandemic. We are now only offering tracked shipping options which unfortunately results in a higher shipping cost. We have kept the cost increase as low as we possibly can and are absorbing as much of the increase ourselves as we are able to. Delivery times are an estimate and may be affected by current staff shortages throughout the postal network. Unfortunately we have now had to stop shipping international orders until further notice.
We are doing this in order to keep to government advice regarding social distancing, as it means parcels can be posted directly without requiring a proof of posting from the Post Office.
We are following all relevant advice regarding the handling of parcels and the safety of our customers is of the utmost importance to us. Thank you for your custom, and we hope that you will continue to support our small business through this difficult time. Best wishes and good health to you all. x
